The Fine Print

All participants must be 18 years or older. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Recchiuti Confections reserves the right to change the rewards, terms and conditions of the program at any time—with or without notice. One account per customer. Corporations, Wholesale customers and groups are not eligible to enroll as a single customer. Recchiuti Confections employees are not eligible to participate. Rewards Program is valid for the Ferry Building and at Recchiuti.com. Rewards begin accruing after enrollment. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Sales tax, shipping or courier services, and gift card purchases are not qualifying purchases. Only one reward redemption is allowed per sales receipt. Recchiuti Confections reserves the right to email all Rewards Program participants with updates and promotions unless customers specify otherwise. Acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions is required for enrollment in the Rewards Program.
